JEAN-MARC PUEL
Founding Partner
Jean-Marc is one of the founding partners at LeadBlock Partners, and focuses on deals within Food, Agriculture, Healthcare and Industrials. Jean-Marc has 30+ years of professional experience in corporate advisory and investing in Europe and Asia. Prior to LeadBlock, he launched and ran multiple investment funds, with a focus ranging from venture capital to distressed assets. Investments included start-ups and businesses in food safety, healthcare, authentication, aerospace and defence.
He had been VP Mergers & Acquisitions at EADS (Airbus) where he conducted several corporate restructurings of subsidiaries and investments in start-ups. He had previously been in charge of developing the business activities and the presence of the EADS and Lagardère groups in North Asia. Before, Jean-Marc was the co-founder of a strategic advisory firm where he advised European and US companies on their investments in China. He started his professional career in private equity investments at Credit Lyonnais Investissement before moving to GE Capital in Barrington, Illinois.
He is a graduate of JL Kellogg Graduate School of Management – Northwestern University (USA), and EDHEC Business School (France). He speaks French, English and German fluently
